graphic design: The art and profession of selecting and arranging visual elements such as typography, images, symbols, and colours to convey a message to an audience.
— Encyclopedia Britannica, 2004.
We design to communicate. Design is not art, design is communication. If the design doesn't adequately communicate the message, it fails. At Craig Martin Simon Design we endeavor to accomplish your communications goals. We establish dialogues between and among all team members. We encourage that these conversations, presentations and dialogue be translated properly to decision-makers to thwart any misunderstandings that could eventually affect, not only the results, but also the bottomline cost.
We establish a project flow chart that clearly illustrates the main phases of work and identifies specific tasks and assigns those to team members. We also prepare project schedules with specific target dates and, again, assign them accordingly. We will present you a detailed cost estimate that defines, upfront, the scope of services to be performed and the associated fee.
We will fully explore the communications problem and will offer a number of solutions that we review with your team. We will implement the particular visual program, oversee all aspects of product through delivery to you.
